These terms apply to GoWhereTogether, which helps groups gather preferences, compare options and make a choice together.
Service changes
GoWhereTogether is under active development. Features may be added, removed or revised as the product is improved.
Recommendations and booking information
Venue, pricing and availability information depends on the connected venue or booking source. A GoWhereTogether recommendation, Match Score or availability label is not a booking confirmation. Users should confirm the final details shown by the booking provider before making a commitment.
Acceptable use
Do not use GoWhereTogether to impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive content, interfere with other groups, or attempt to access organiser controls without permission. Private organiser-access links should be kept confidential.
Group information
When you submit a participant response or vote, you agree that the information you provide may be used for that gathering and made available as described in the Privacy Notice. Your display name may be shown to other invitees so duplicate response or voter names can be avoided; your detailed preferences, requirements and shortlist ratings remain organiser-only. If you enter a display name that has already responded or voted and confirm that you are the same person, your latest submission replaces the earlier response or vote under that name.
Bookings and payments
Where GoWhereTogether links to an external booking or payment provider, the booking or payment is subject to that provider's terms and confirmation process.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops. When participant consent is required for a materially updated policy, GoWhereTogether will present the updated acknowledgement before submission.
